Chef Christina (Nina) Gleason will teach you the technique of brining with wine, cooking with wine and cooking methods such as reverse sear. You will create a brine for your protein such as chicken, beef and pork. Dry and wet brine methods. You will be able to take home with you.
This is a hands on class, so please wear closed toe non slip shoes. Ladies please wear your hair pulled up.
